Since you put it that way I would agree with you if you have the ability to make that happen.

@Belmassio - I hear what you are saying and agree to some degree; however, I am not suggesting you 'park' this domain - I am talking about developing it....and I know with SEO it can get tons of search engine traffic...I have no passion for tea so I am not into this URL....I do have 500+ domains and while some cost $X,XXX and others $X it's all a question of what you do with them.....if I wrote the same post about FoodCouponsDirect.com I'm not sure if you would comment the same; however this site is #2 in Google for a search on fod coupons - not bad for a $8 domain making $X,XXXX per month in revenue....wouldn't you agree?

Wait until you have thousands of domains that sound great like this one....in other words "brandable domains" with almost zero direct navigation, which come due for renewal but have made nearly nothing in terms of parking revenue or otherwise.

You might not feel so giddy when looking at those renewal fees.

Domains like these are very, very speculative. Why not save your money for buying domains which are the sure thing? At least that is how I see it after being in the industry for 16 years and having bought, traded, and monetized domains as for a living.
