The premium domain name BridgeLoan.com sold for $27,101.

I saw the domain listed and began bidding at $300…with 27,000+ searches a month for ‘bridge loan’ alone (not including ‘bridge loans’) I saw OPPORTUNITY with this domain name….Once the auction began, I had bid as high as $7,000 but then respectively bowed out.  BridgeLoan.com ultimately sold for $27,101. 

 

This seems to be a great buy since the domain can be monetized in a variety of ways such as lead generation and advertising revenue amongst many other opportunities.

 

During the same auction, both ProteinBar.com and ProteinBars.com SOLD for $77,000 and according to TheDomains.com, the same same buyer bought NutritionBar.com and NutritionBars.com the following day for $11,000 – he/she now owns the category – Bravo!!
